Support the FWACB by advertising your business or becoming an individual level sponsor

Because the band is a not-for-profit organization, 100% of your tax deductible gift will go toward the operating expenses of the band. All of our musicians are non paid members and appreciate your willingness to support our organization so that we can continue to bring great music to the Summit City. CORPORATE: Entitles the corporation to advertise in the concert program. The FWACB employs a graphic designer to design
your ad or you may submit a design of your own using the dimensions on the form page. Artwork should be submitted in PDF format.

INDIVIDUAL: Entitles the individual to
submit a greeting with their name in the concert programs. To become an Individual Level Sponsor, please complete the attached
